REFUND POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS
Refund Policy
Parent may opt to withdraw their child 14 days prior to the start date of the program and receive the amount paid less $50 (Non-refundable admin and operational fee). No Credit will be issued if withdrawal request is made with less than 14 days prior to the start date or if the program has already started.
Withdrawal requests should be sent to info@aviatorsbasketballclub.com
No refund or credits are issued for missed practices, cancellations due to inclement weather or school/facility closures or cancellations, poor behaviour includes unacceptable: actions while representing the Aviators Basketball Club on and off the court, disrespectful actions towards the coaches and or teammates, and attendance issues. Aviator Aces are required to attend 80 percent practices and games.
